 FLG—Ⅰ、Ⅱ型路橋專用防水涂料，它是以優質石油瀝青為基礎，經乳化，以特殊高分子材料改性的水涂料，它能有效地阻止水的滲透，并與混凝土、磚石砌體、砂漿抹面等有很強的粘接力，結合成一體達到良好的防水效果。
特點：
1、 該防水層成模塊，防水效果好，價格低。
2、 施工工藝簡單，既可以人工涂刷，也可以機械噴涂，兩種施工方法均可達到同樣的效果。
3、 防水層粘接力，抗堿力強。
4、 耐高溫，耐腐蝕，耐老化，使用壽命長。
應用范圍
1、 公路、鐵路橋面承受動荷載以及拉裂性要求高的混凝土結構。
2、 建筑物面、地下、隧道工程防水。
3、 使用環境溫度-20度—90度，在經瀝青混凝土推鋪溫度160度左右后，不影響其長期使用性能。
施工工藝
1、 基層處理：新建混凝土達到設計程度，表面溫度裂縫及自然收縮基本完成，基層表面不得有浮塵、污物、油脂、積水等達到清潔干燥。
2、 施工必須設備齊全、性能良好。
3、 涂刷前將涂料攪拌均勻，施工過程中應保持間斷性攪拌以防沉淀。
4、 噴涂**遍FLG型橋面專用防水涂料（原FYT型）前應適當加稀釋劑，使其具有一定的滲透性。表干后噴涂*二遍橋面專用防水涂料一號料（原FYT型），表面實干后再噴涂*三遍防水涂料二號料（原FYT型），知道達到理想厚度。
5、 養護：自然養護24小時，避免行人車輛通過。
6、 施工溫度：在5度—35度為宜，若夏天**過35度以上，可適當灑些冷水降溫。干后即可施工。
7、 理論用量：當干膜厚度為1mm時，其用量為1.9kg/m2，橋面涂膜厚度一般0.7mm左右，其用量為1.6kg/m2。

產品包裝、運輸和貯存
1、 產品為50kg鐵桶、200kg鐵桶包裝。
2、 產品無毒、不宜爆炸、不宜燃，按一般運輸即可。
3、 產品貯存為6個月，應在通風干燥處存在，避免陽光暴曬。
4、 耐高溫，耐腐蝕，耐老化，使用壽命長。

construction technology
